John FrehseJohn Frehse speaks around the world on a variety of best practices in the labor management field. His experience covers a wide array of strategic issues, from analytical resource deployment modeling to implementation planning and execution, as well as tactical problems ranging from scheduling to increasing employee satisfaction and morale.

He is Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group, LLC, a leading provider of operational and labor strategy consulting services.

Previously at Merrill Lynch, Frehse is uniquely versed in the economic modeling of flexible labor strategies within seasonal and variable environments, and how to minimize adverse costs through performance management. He has implemented solutions with Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries, balancing operations and labor savings with employee morale initiatives, and generating more than USD 150 million in cost savings. He focuses on industries that do not work the traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

He has written numerous white papers and articles, and Booz Allen has awarded the Leading Idea of the Week to his strategy papers twice. He serves on the advisory board of for their Workforce Management practice.
