Cary-COOPER.jpgSir Cary Cooper, CBE, is 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.

He is President of the CIPD, President of the British Academy of Management, and President of the national relationship charity Relate.

He is the author/editor of more than 170 books in the fields of health and well-being, and a regular contributor to the media on workplace quality of life issues.

He speaks about enhancing mental capital, exploring the costs of a lack of well-being, and building a business case to reduce those costs.

Sir Cooper was knighted by the Queen in 2014 for services to the social sciences.
