Renaud Prouveur

Renaud Prouveur is a private law specialist who created the Spallian group in 1998. Starting in the late 1990s, he understood that data would offer great opportunities for development in the upcoming century. Working with engineers and development specialists from geomatics and data management, he created the first and only mass data cartography software in France, Corto.

As a pioneer in the big data market, Prouveur facilitates decision making for French and international clients in strategic and high value-added sectors such as business intelligence, smart cities, geomarketing and political campaigns. He developed reporting information tools for professionals (Memento) and non-professionals (TellMyCity) to manage information coming from open data sources, major private accounts or directly issued from crowdsourcing.

Prouveur holds a degree from the Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas university.

Renaud Prouveur will participate on the Roundtable: “Cities and Residents: Partnering for Progress” that will take place on Day 1 at 5:45 pm London Time.
